This project aims to produce a free portal system for villages and other local communities.
Midgardをベースにした町とか小さなコミュニティのポータルに特化したCMSだそうです。
Midgard自体はPHPベースのCMS Frameworkでイメージ的にはXoopsよりZopeでしょうか。
